Fenix Group SPC in Lubbock, TX is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician to help us maintain our facility and production equipment.

A Day in the Life of the Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll spend your day troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric motor, and gearbox issues that arise; performing routine maintenance of the company's property; coordinating contractors to make repairs; monitoring catch basins, pumps, lift stations, and other related structures and equipment for storm water & flooding control; and properly disposing of hazardous waste created during the production process.
What You'll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC
At a minimum, you'll need :
- To be at least 18 years of age
- To be able to move and lift up to 50 pounds
- 1-3 years of related experience doing maintenance or handy work
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance execution
- Plumbing & HVAC knowledge & understanding

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm with a one hour unpaid lunch, plus two paid 15 minute breaks daily.
