Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Airport Wheelchair Agent & Cabin Cleaner. This dual-role position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to passengers and ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained aircraft cabins.
Key Responsibilities:
Wheelchair Agent Duties:
- Assist passengers with reduced mobility by transporting them in wheelchairs to and from boarding gates, terminals, and other designated areas.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, ensuring passengers feel comfortable and supported.
- Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure timely boarding and deplaning for passengers requiring assistance.
- Handle luggage or other belongings of passengers as needed.
- Adhere to all airport safety and security protocols.
Cabin Cleaner Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning of aircraft cabins, including seats, trays, windows, and aisles, within tight time constraints.
- Remove trash and replenish cabin supplies such as safety cards, magazines, and lavatory amenities.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
