This is a part-time sales associate position, reporting to the store manager.
What You'll Do
- Provide unforgettable service: Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
- Drive sales: Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
- Maintain store standards: Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
- Foster teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
- Share our mission: Educate guests about Fjällräven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
- Participate in events: Help build community by supporting in-store and local events
Who You Are
- A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
- Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
- Preferred, but not required: Experienced in retail or customer service
