Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the operational functions of the client healthcare organization, ensuring smooth and efficient daily business activities.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and resource management at the healthcare organization.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that support the healthcare organization in meeting its critical goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with FenixMed’s service offerings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare organization’s leadership to evaluate and recommend changes to policies and procedures that drive better outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Approve and allocate resources, including staffing, equipment, and budgets, in collaboration with the client, based on their priorities and needs.
- Collaborate with organization’s leadership team, providing operational insights and ensuring alignment with FenixMed's strategic objectives.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and FenixMed service standards at the client site.
- Contribute to the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, and operational policies in coordination with FenixMed and the client healthcare organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a healthcare organization.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operational principles, processes, and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in resource management, policy evaluation, and operational improvement initiatives.
