By Fennemore Editor on February 05, 2025Litigation Attorney Fennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an attorney with at least three years of quality litigation experience, ideally in insurance coverage litigation. While experience in insurance coverage litigation is not essential, a desire to practice at least in part in the area of insurance coverage litigation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy, drafting coverage opinions, and participating in court proceedings.The candidate should also be a self-starter and have demonstrated skills in writing and analysis, attention to detail, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. The successful candidate may work on a hybrid basis. California Bar membership required.Compensation : Fennemore’s compensation is merit-based and varies based upon multiple factors including experience and location. The estimated salary for a third-year attorney who fills this position is approximately $170,000 annually, plus bonuses.
