We are looking for a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with experience in Aderant Total Office (formerly Client Profiles). The successful candidate will assist our attorneys in managing personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
- Conduct case research, gather medical records, and organize case files.
- Prepare attorneys for trial by assisting with witness interviews, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits.
- Assist with e-filing and managing court deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Utilize Aderant Total Office for case management, document tracking, and calendar maintenance.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely progression of cases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
- Proficiency with Aderant Total Office (Client Profiles) is required.
- Strong understanding of Florida personal injury law and litigation procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Tech-savvy with experience using legal case management software and e-filing systems.
Education & Certifications:
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
