• HIRING FOR 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Open Positions: Slitter Operator, Set-up Stand, Packing Line* Forklift and Overhead Crane experience is a plus!! All candidates must be able and willing to work in a hot environment.

• Feralloy Corporation offers competitive wages starting at $18 per hour, with opportunity for higher hourly wage up to $24. ** Based on Experience

**Responsibilities:

• Package material by the instruction on the Shop Order using the Packaging Profile or as instructedKeep up with the inventory of supplies, banding, seals, edge protectors, paper separators and skidsSkidding material

• Generate computer assisted set-upSelecting proper knives; set up slitter head;

• Select and lay out toolingAssist operator/helper, check shipping paperworkLoad/unload coils onto flat bed trucks/railcars using forklift and overhead craneProper placement of coils in the warehouse

• Inspect, measure, using all tools required for each job in production and shipping departmentsAdditional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager in shipping and production departments

• Must be able to walk, stand, bendMust have a positive attitude and strong work ethics in working as a teamSafety minded at all times

Experience:

• 1-3 years working in hot environment warehouse

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Forklift Licensed
• Packaging Experience
• Metal Casting Experience
• Meets Physical Requirements
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
