Key Responsibilities:
- Build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures to support production.
- Set up and operate all tool room equipment.
- Assist production teams in resolving tooling issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Tool and Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
Position Demands:
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Perform bending, twisting, turning, carrying, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, etc.
- Pass vision screenings.
- Work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Mandatory overtime may be required on Fridays.
Eligibility Requirements:
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.
