Description
This position provides direct supervision to children while teaching them the fundamentals of cheer, including basic motions, jumps, cheers, and chants. You will create a positive, nurturing relationship with the children, while building cooperative relationships with the parents and caregivers. You will promote and support the potential of all youth in programs and you will facilitate peer-to-peer connections as part of the overall program experience.
Requirements
- At least 15 years old
- 6 months experience working with youth
