Project Executive
Ferguson Construction Company (FCC) is an award-winning General Contractor with over 100 years of industry experience. We specialize in heavy and light industrial, commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects. With an in-house design department, FCC also self-performs key trades, including concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding.
The Project Executive will have the opportunity to support business development, estimating and project management. The selected applicant will work very closely with Regional VP, Director of Operations, and Director of Business Development.
Description :
- Manage owner relationships. Perform general project management as needed.
- Provide coordination, direction, oversight, and leadership on projects for the owner, design department, and the project staff.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of design / build projects.
- Work with marketing, business unit leaders, and operations to oversee and manage scheduling, cost reporting, preparation of subcontracts, handling of owner coordination, and project closeouts.
- Mentor and manage multiple Project Managers and Engineers. Have overall responsibility for all employees contributing to the construction of large project.
- Represent FC to owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Accurately manage the forecast of project performance.
- Monitor client relationships and address issues as needed.
- Ensure all FC standard operating procedures are followed.
- Oversee long-term project forecasts and plans to ensure long lead items are procured as needed per schedule.
