  We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a 1st Shift Custodian to join our Facilities team at our location in Chandler, AZ!

  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm; OT as required

  Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash and materials; replace paper products as needed
  • Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and floors
  • Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of linens, furniture, flooring, and surfaces
  • Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts
  • Drive vehicles required to perform cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks
  • Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings
  • Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
  • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

  Qualifications:

  • Prior custodial experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Desire to learn new things
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screen

Pay Range:

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
