We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, showcasing our properties and assisting them in finding their ideal home. Your expertise in customer service and sales will be crucial as you build relationships with clients and guide them through the leasing process. This position requires a proactive approach to meet the needs of prospective tenants while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits of the community.
- Assist potential tenants with the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and lease agreements using customer relationship management software.
- Upsell available amenities, services, and upgrades to enhance resident satisfaction and community appeal.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service throughout their leasing experience.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Perform administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing paperwork and managing office supplies.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is essential; experience in property management and experience in AppFolio a plus.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements is preferred.
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes is advantageous for effective communication with maintenance staff.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and team members alike.
- Proficiency in office software applications; experience with property management software is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
