We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Technical Sales Support Representative role and become an integral part of the inside sales team.

This associate will primarily be quoting Valve Actuation products.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30pm 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the Valve Actuation inside sales team.
• Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
• Form solid relationships to establish trust within district.
• Willingness to learn and train continually with Valve Actuation products.
• Organize customer RFQ and project files for review by Inside Sales Team
• Organize and upload QC documents from daily shop production
• Gather and submit technical documents in support of sales group quote generation
• Process orders from internal and external customers
• Generate vendor purchase orders
• Submit production information to shop
• Maintain records related to QMS program (shop equipment calibration, SOPs, etc.)
• Assist with ordering office supplies and shop consumables
  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 years of technical sales experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
• A high level of integrity when problem solving.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Must have a technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).

Pay Range:

$20.57 - $32.91

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
