Non-CDL Driver/Yard Jockey Qualifications:
$19.15 - $28.72
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Non-CDL Driver/Yard Jockey Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior commercial truck driving/yard driving experience is strongly preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
- Correctly move trailers in and out of dock
- Responsible for drop and hook
- Accurately perform yard audits/yard checks at end of shift
- Proper pre- and post-trip inspections and submitting reports indicating truck conditions
- Make delivers in box truck to customers (Occasionally, as needed)
- Adhere to guidelines of safety-sensitive functions pertaining to job responsibilities within yard
- Possess a team-player attitude
- Ability to read, understand, and demonstrate safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to request and complete trailer moves in the Yard Management System (YMS)
- Attention to detail
- Understanding and communicating in the English language is a requirement
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
