Position Overview:
As the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the seamless coordination of production workflows, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This is an on-site, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a proven track record of leading operational teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and manufacturing floor, including production, assembly, shipping, and receiving
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse and operations staff to achieve performance targets and maintain accountability
- Develop and implement process improvements for greater operational efficiency and cost savings
- Manage raw material and parts inventory using inventory management systems; maintain accurate stock levels
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely production and fulfillment
- Ensure all OSHA and workplace safety standards are met and maintained
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Generate operational reports for executive management and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or warehouse management, preferably in the light manufacturing or mobility industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, logistics, and supply chain coordination
- Experience with ERP or inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite, QuickBooks Commerce, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Forklift certification a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, in-person work in Azusa, CA
