What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ferman Ford Countryside is Urgently Hiring a Collision (Bodyshop) Service Representative position at Ferman Auto?

With 6 state-of-the-art Collision Centers Ferman is one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area and one of the most forward-thinking and progressive automotive groups in the industry.

Responsibilities Include

Greet and schedule Guest appointments.
Assist the Bodyshop Estimators with administrative paperwork.
Answer phone calls.
Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired.
Help communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Accuracy and proficiency with numbers.

Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service.

Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.

Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.

Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
