About the role:
At Fermented Food Holdings, Inc, we believe that an internship should be more than just an entry-level experience—it should be a stepping stone to a fulfilling career in IT. We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated IT Intern whose primary focus will be assisting with Help Desk support. This role will provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and engaging work environment, while learning multiple systems, and incorporating subsidiaries into the main operating company.
You’ll get to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all general IT-related inquiries
- Assist employees with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage support tickets, track common issues, and document solutions
- Help configure and maintain Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices, etc.
And the fun part is:
- As you resolve help desk tickets, you’ll be working on real-world IT scenarios, helping you explore various areas of interest and discovering what excites you most
Must-haves:
- Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- A problem-solver with a customer-service mindset—you’ll be helping people daily
- A foundational understanding of Windows OS, networking, and IT troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills—you’ll work closely with end users and IT professionals
- A proactive attitude—we want someone who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, organizational skills and attention to detail
