Role Summary
As the Site HR and Safety Partner, you’ll collaborate with local and company leaders to strengthen the organization, drive meaningful change, and address employee challenges. This role oversees training and development, enhances the employee experience, and ensures safety standards across FFH to promote well-being. Based on-site at our flagship manufacturing location in Bear Creek, WI, you’ll lead safety initiatives, simplify complex issues, and foster a culture of collaboration and proactive problem-solving while supporting additional shifts as needed. Accountable For:
- Align HR processes (compensation, performance management, development) with site and company goals, managing these processes throughout annual cycles.
- Advise and coach employees and managers in employee relations, performance strategy, and disciplinary actions in line with company culture and compliance requirements.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and company policies in accordance with legal standards and industry best practices.
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction by fostering a positive workplace experience.
- Lead and standardize the company’s health and safety program, including training and lead safety related programming and execution.
- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace by providing safety resources, analyzing metrics, conducting accident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay current on federal and state employment laws, offering guidance on updates to policies and compliance practices.
- Engage regularly with frontline employees through floor visits and climate checks to maintain a strong, transparent workplace culture.
- Oversee site HR compliance, continually optimizing policies and practices to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a HR role within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing safety programs, with a track record of effective safety initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to the highest standards of moral and ethical conduct, serving as a model of integrity in all interactions.
