About the Role :
Fermilab ' Facilities Engineering Services Section seeks Seasonal On-Call Groundskeeper to join the Grounds Maintenance Group in the Roads & Grounds Department. Under direct supervision, you will perform tasks to maintain Fermilab site roads, grounds, and related facilities.
What your day-to-day as a Seasonal On-Call Groundskeeper at Fermilab will look like :
- Performs landscape maintenance activities including, trimming, pruning, and snow removal.
- Maintains and cleans the underground stormwater drainage systems, Perform heavy physical labor.
- May be required to work mandatory overtime. No guaranteed minimum hours. May be required to work any time between the hours of 4am and 10pm.
