Overview
This is a entirely commission based role.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a desire in sales and finance/accounting, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and driving sales growth through both warm and cold calling and social media marketing strategies. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Utilize PipeDrive CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Engage in warm and cold calling to generate interest in our products and services, converting leads into sales.
- Close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with business development practices and social media techniques.
- Experience using a CRM system for managing sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in inside sales or related roles is highly desirable.
