Live events are back, and we are busier than ever!! Fern is at the top of the trade show and expo service industry. Our operation spans more than 200 cities from coast to coast. In other words, wherever there’s a major convention center and event venue, we’re there with experienced local teams providing exceptional service and support, whenever you need it. Due to massive growth, we are looking to add an energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to our Nashville location. This position is responsible for performing all operational and administrative functions of the office, and making sure things run smoothly.
You will report directly to the GM. Position does require being onsite full time plus the ability to travel to support other shows.
Salary is $55-60,000
What you’ll do:
· You will be responsible for performing all operational and administrative functions of the office.
· Daily payroll responsibilities which include entry of union/nonunion labor hours into system.
· Respond to all payroll questions from laborers.
· Processing of branch invoices in MetaViewer and coordinating payment with accounting.
· Ordering office supplies.
· Onsite support at various tradeshows.
· Assisting the travel department with all travel arrangements.
· Ability to travel to other cities for onsite support (10-20% travel)
· Any other duties required
