What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Cart Attendant position at Fern Hill Golf Club?
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and provide assistance when needed
- Clean and prepare golf carts before and after use to include removing towels, used items and trash, washing and wiping down seats
- Prepare golf carts for play by placing scorecard and pencil after cleaning
- Maintain cart cage, keeping space neat and clean at all times
- Stage carts as per tee sheet for days play/leagues
- Maintain appearance/cleanliness inside and outside of clubhouse throughout shift
- Assist pro shop attendants when needed
