Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to create a welcoming dining experience. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy every moment of their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
- Order Taking: Accurately take and process orders, ensuring clarity and understanding of dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Food & Beverage Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Table Management: Ensure timely and efficient service, including food delivery, refills, and check-ins throughout the meal.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in an upscale casual or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, particularly farm-to-table concepts and seasonal ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and have relevant certifications (if applicable).
