What You’ll Do:
- Offer therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families, within home and community settings.
- Assess clients to determine eligibility for services and develop treatment plans.
- Keep documentation up to date, meeting our quality standards.
- Work with other providers and collaborate to offer the best care.
- Stay connected with your supervisor for feedback and guidance.
- Attend trainings to keep your skills sharp.
- Be part of regular staff meetings and group supervision sessions.
- Complete continuing education to maintain your mental health credentials.
- Represent Fernbrook’s mission and values in your work.
- Follow company policies and maintain productivity standards.
- Travel between clients’ homes and office locations, completing all required tasks.

Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit, listen, and observe for extended periods.
- Comfortable working with individuals of all ages with various needs.
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
Position Details:
- Flexible work hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Travel required to clients' homes, community settings, and Fernbrook offices.
- Full-time staff expected to work 40 hours per week; occasional overtime may be required.
- Part-time staff can work up to 40 hours per week (overtime must be pre-approved).
What You’ll Need:
- A Master’s Degree in a Human Services field, or be in a field placement to qualify for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with children, adults, and families.
- Being bilingual.
- Holding an active mental health license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP).
