What You’ll Do:

Provide individual, family, or group therapy to children, adults, and families in home and community settings
-
Deliver client-centered care while meeting productivity and quality standards

Document services with accuracy and professionalism

Seek supervision, feedback, and training for continued development

Collaborate with other providers and Fernbrook team members

Represent and uphold Fernbrook’s mission and values in all aspects of your work

Travel as needed between clients' homes, community locations, and Fernbrook offices

Qualifications:

Must meet Minnesota Statute requirements to qualify as either a:
-
Mental Health Practitioner, or
-
Clinical Trainee
-
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (for community-based roles)

Ability to pass a criminal background check (per DHS and agency standards)

Position Details:

Full-time: 40 hours/week (salary-based)
-
Hourly option: Up to 40 hours/week (with prior approval for overtime)

Work location: In the community, at client homes, and via telehealth (when available)
Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of sitting and computer work

Ability to engage physically and emotionally with clients

Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds)
