Position Type & Hours:
- Flexible hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Travel to different locations is required.
- Remote work options are available, including telehealth sessions and paperwork.
- Full-time (40 hours/week) salary positions available.
- Hourly positions can work up to 40 hours/week, with overtime approval.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children, adults, and families within a home and community setting.
- Meet productivity goals while delivering quality care.
- Use effective, professional strategies to respond to client needs.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Seek supervision and feedback when needed.
- Participate in training for personal and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other professionals and external providers.
- Uphold Fernbrook's values and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
- Stamina to engage with clients in various settings.
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
Education & Experience:
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance (for community-based roles).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check (as per agency and Department of Human Services guidelines).
- Must meet at least one of the following:
- Current Minnesota Statute qualifications for Mental Health Practitioner.
- Current Minnesota Statute qualifications for Clinical Trainee.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Supervisory Role:
- Work collaboratively with fellow Fernbrook staff to coordinate services for shared clients.
