Position: Mental Health Therapist – Community-Based Services

What You’ll Do:

Deliver therapy and skills-based services to children, adults, and families
-
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency standards

Collaborate with internal teams and external providers for integrated care
-
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
-
Travel between client homes, offices, and community settings as needed

What We’re Looking For:

A Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (or be in field placement toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)

Strong clinical decision-making and ethical standards

Ability to maintain professional boundaries

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Organizational skills, time management, and comfort working independently

Willingness to learn, grow, and engage with feedback

Basic computer proficiency (or eagerness to learn new platforms)

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

Must pass a criminal background check

Hold an active Minnesota license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
Position Details:

Full-time: 40 hours/week (some overtime may be required)

Part-time: Up to 40 hours/week (with pre-approved overtime)

Work locations include homes, community sites, and Fernbrook offices

Combination of in-person and remote work, based on role and availability
