What You’ll Do
As a School Linked Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in providing mental health services, including:
- Delivering individual, family, and group skills-based services.
- Meeting productivity standards while maintaining high-quality client care.
- Using effective strategies to respond to client needs with professionalism and respect.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with external providers and internal teams to ensure holistic care.
- Seeking supervision and ongoing training to enhance your skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for community-based roles.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (per agency & Department of Human Services guidelines).
- Must qualify under Minnesota Statute as:
- A Mental Health Practitioner or
- A Clinical Trainee
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with diverse client populations.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
