What You’ll Do

As a School Linked Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in providing mental health services, including:

• Delivering individual, family, and group skills-based services.
• Meeting productivity standards while maintaining high-quality client care.
• Using effective strategies to respond to client needs with professionalism and respect.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting compliance requirements.
• Collaborating with external providers and internal teams to ensure holistic care.
• Seeking supervision and ongoing training to enhance your skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for community-based roles.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (per agency & Department of Human Services guidelines).
• Must qualify under Minnesota Statute as:
  • A Mental Health Practitioner or
  • A Clinical Trainee
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience working with diverse client populations.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
