Position Type and Hours:
- Flexible work hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional travel required.
- Salary staff typically work 40-43 hours per week.
- Hourly staff work up to 40 hours, with the potential for overtime (with prior approval).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support outpatient, home, and community staff to ensure high-quality services.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee performance.
- Coordinate caseloads and collaborate with the Site Director.
- Promote a positive and supportive work culture, leading regular team meetings.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with company standards and policies.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong ethical decision-making skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
- Capable of managing tasks independently while communicating effectively.
- Open to receiving feedback and eager to grow professionally.
- Comfortable with technology and committed to Fernbrook’s mission.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check and meet qualifications for a Mental Health Practitioner.
- Experience in mental health services, working with both children and adults.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills and familiarity with Fernbrook.
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, along with supervisory experience.
Physical Demands:
- Comfortable working long hours on a computer, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
