- Provide individual and family therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families
- Work in both Phoenix Academy and various community/home settings
- Assess clients and develop effective, person-centered treatment plans
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure the best care possible
- Participate in team meetings, training, and group supervision
- Represent Fernbrook’s mission with compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Travel to clients and office locations as needed
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems
- A genuine commitment to our mission, vision, and values
- Master’s Degree in a Human Services field (or currently in field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Are bilingual
- Have experience working with diverse populations across age groups
- Hold an active Minnesota license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
- Full-time: 40 hours/week (occasional overtime may be required)
- Part-time: Up to 40 hours/week (with prior approval for overtime)
- Physical ability to sit, observe, and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
- Travel between locations required
