Compensation Range: $100k - $140k base plus bonus
Job Overview: Our client, an alternative investment firm with $50B in AUM is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Legal team. This hire must be exceedingly well organized, able to prioritize tasks and work independently, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the implementation and day-to-day administration of legal operations, processes and procedures for the Credit platform, including legal entity management and fund structuring;
- Supporting the legal team in the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds and review of the related documentation;
- Coordinating the drafting, review, and execution of legal documents and agreements, including corporate governance and investor documentation;
- Collaborating with other members of the Credit team regarding corporate records of the Credit funds
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of three years of relevant paralegal experience at a law firm or in-house role (corporate finance and/or investment management, a plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly collaborative, strong project management skills, and strongly motivated to contribute to the improvement and advancement of the expanding legal operations of the Credit platform
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
