Position Summary & Primary Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Support the development, project management and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (digital, experiential, retail, influencer, PR, owned web and OOH).
- Collaborate with brand, product and sales teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
- Build and manage seasonal marketing calendars that integrate key retail moments, product launches, and cultural events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a central point between creative, content, digital, performance, field marketing and PR teams.
- Partner with sales and trade marketing to tailor campaigns for specific retail partners.
- Coordinate with external agencies (media, creative, experiential) to ensure execution excellence.
Consumer Insights & Performance
- Use data (social listening, retail data, campaign metrics) to analyze performance and identify opportunities to optimize.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling marketing strategies.
- Own post-mortems and performance reporting for integrated campaigns
Content & Creative Oversight
- Lead creative briefings for campaign needs — including photography, video, digital assets, and in-store displays.
- Ensure deliverables are on-brand, channel-appropriate, and cohesive across all touchpoints.
- Manage production timelines and approvals.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Manage campaign budgets and track against forecasts.
- Build timelines, workflows, and project plans to keep campaigns on track and on time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4–7 years in CPG, agency, or lifestyle brand marketing.
- Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns from concept through execution.
- NYC market knowledge, especially across DTC, retail, and experiential channels.
- Strong understanding of both brand building and performance marketing.
- Exceptional project management skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Highly approachable & friendly personality.
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all times.
- Strong attention to details.
- Must pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedin
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva and Wordpress a plus.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
