Position Overview:
We’re hiring two Territory Sales Representatives to help establish and grow our presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets. These individuals will be instrumental in driving sales, building relationships, and championing FERO’s brand in the local business communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the transportation, logistics, and equipment rental industries.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Texas market.
- Represent FERO at local events, trade shows, and industry forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Customer-Centric Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning them with FERO’s innovative solutions.
- Conduct demos to showcase how FERO can transform logistics operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy Execution
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage relationships, track sales activities, and forecast revenue.
- Leverage a Route Planner and other digital tools to optimize time management and productivity.
- Use MS Teams and MS Outlook for seamless collaboration and communication with the broader FERO team.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the transportation, logistics, equipment rental, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston markets, with existing local connections preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow business in a new territory.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
