Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental budgets and manage expenses to conform with budgetary guidelines.
- Plan and develop operating and capital budgets and manage expenses to conform with budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and parameters while maintaining design soundness.
- Work closely with BU engineering leads to develop long and short-range plans.
