Job Description: The Quality Manager will oversee the quality operations for Ferrara, responsible for building and leading the quality infrastructure to ensure products and processes meet statutory/regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Set quality compliance objectives and department goals to support business initiatives
• Build a customer-centric culture ensuring delivery of products meeting customer requirements and exceeding expectations
• Obtain feedback from customers and develop action items to improve marketplace success
• Manage and maintain quality inspection, test, and validation programs for in-process and finished goods
• Lead lean/continuous improvement activities for Quality processes and support other departments with their initiatives
