The Retail Analytics Manger is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven insights to support retail execution across multiple retail channels, including Walmart, grocery, and convenience stores. This role will lead performance tracking, scorecard development, and automation efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for sales growth, retail execution, and return on investment (ROI).

Retail Performance Measurement & Scorecards
Develop and maintain industry-standard retail scorecards for Direct Retail, Walmart & Grocery Brokers, and Convenience Brokers, incorporating KPIs.Implement benchmarks and goals aligned with industry standards and company priorities.Ensure scorecards provide actionable insights for broker managers, account teams, and leadership.Retail Execution & Optimization
Partner with Broker Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making around execution priorities.Track new item cut ins across Walmart, grocery, and convenience channels.Develop and refine KPIs for store-level execution, including distribution gaps, display execution, and sales impact.Support Direct Retail Team’s performance tracking including incremental sales tracking and productivity goals.Establish and refine an ROI measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of retail teams.Data & Automation Initiative
Lead collaboration IT and Org Data Teams to automate reporting processes.Drive efficiency by reducing manual data work and integrating real-time retail analytics.Identify and implement new tools to enhance reporting accuracy and execution tracking.Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication
Work jointly with Broker Managers and Account Teams to enable prioritization including KPIs.Develop a structured feedback loop to ensure insights drive retail execution improvements.Participate in weekly and monthly account meetings to align data priorities and business needs.Budget & Strategic Planning
Support and oversee retail execution budgets alongside direct report.Identify areas of improvement in spend efficiency and maximize ROI through data-driven insights.Skills that will make you successful

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in Retail Analytics, Category management or Retail ExecutionStrong experience with scorecard development, KPI measurement, and retail data analysisProficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools.Understanding of Walmart, grocery, and convenience retail dynamics (e.g. broker vs. direct teams)Experience working with self-reported retail data, POS data, and merchandising execution tracking.Store ability to interpret data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.Project management and process improvement experience, with a focus on automation and efficiency.What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $110,00 to $153,000.
