Compensation
The salary range for this position is $78,750 to $110,250 annually.

- Owns inventory movement across Plants & Distribution Centers (DCs) to meet service & cost targets
- Develops and maintains the team’s reporting and dashboards using BOBJ, Excel, and Tableau
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Planning and Customer Supply Chain to optimize service and proactively identify issues
- Creates and rolls out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Leads Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem-Solving, and Countermeasure Development activities
- Maintains relevant Master Data settings and corrective action from health checks
- Executes special inventory projects (rebalance of DC, network changes, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining ERP system hygiene and understanding of system cadences/chains
- Represents the Company’s core values and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Completes Seasonal Deployment responsibilities for Commercialization activities
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management)
- 3 years’ experience in key supply chain areas (Deployment, Supply Planning, Distribution, etc.)
- ERP experience (preferably SAP)
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
