FERRARI OF NEWPORT BEACH is seeking an experienced PREOWNED RECEPTIONIST . Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Job Description :
The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The right candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Heavy phones and basic computer literacy are necessary for this position.
- Greet guests and callers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Ring up merchandise in CDK
- Assist sales / marketing team with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Pay : $20.00 / hour
