Ferrari of Seattle is recruiting an automotive and motorsport enthusiast with dedication, desire, and discipline to be our Sales Assistant. Responsible for managing front desk and assisting our sales team in the daily responsibilities of preparing vehicles for placement on the showroom and other operational tasks. Generally, assists sales staff and customers as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Front desk management
- Greeting of clients and guests
- Performs Courtesy Deliveries
- Prepares New/Used Car Books
- Assists Salespeople Locate Vehicles
- Prepares Window Stickers / Merchandising for the used car showroom
- Arranges / Tracks transport of incoming new/used vehicles
- Monitors Quality control of reconditioned vehicles for the front line
- Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
- Complies with Company policies and procedures
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Desired Education:
- High School Diploma
Desired Work Experience:
Previous experience in automotive or luxury retail industries desired. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. A passion for sports cars and motorsports is a must.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License
Computer Skills:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and other web-based applications utilized for operations.
Communication Skills:
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Attendance Expectations:
The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Expected shift will be Monday thru Saturday with Sunday and 1 week day off. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday (one day off during the week and Sunday off)
- Saturday
- Occasional Sunday and evening events
