Job Summary
Ferraro's Kitchen, Fine Dining Italian Restaurant, need motivated, dependable and team oriented people to open our new location in Blue Ridge and help us to create a great and unique experience for our customers.
Positions available for hire are as follows:
· 2 Servers
Responsabilities:
- Prepares tables for dining by setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by taking customers' choices; identifying customers' special dietary needs and special requests.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering customers' orders from the bar and/or kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bar.
- Responds to additional customer requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishes utensils and refilling water glasses.
- Obtains revenues by totaling charges, issuing bill, accepting payment, delivering bill and payment to host and
- returning change or credit card and signature slip to customers.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by manager.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
- Assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior Fine Dining server experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in USA
- English speaking. Spanish and Italian a plus
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Food handler certification a plus
