Civil Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team at our Miami location. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and overseeing civil construction projects across South Florida, ensuring successful project delivery, from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including FDOT, Miami-Dade County, Broward County, FPL, and various utility agencies.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using CPM methods, ensuring projects stay on track and milestones are met.
- Oversee budget creation, cost management, reporting, and ensure financial controls are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle claims management and change orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Coordinate daily operations, managing subcontractors, field crews, and material deliveries to ensure timely project progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for conflict resolution, addressing and resolving issues promptly to minimize project delays.
