Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. We are not looking for HR candidates, only RECRUITERS with a high sense of urgency.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and hire the nurse practitioner candidates for our organization. This position requires a proactive approach to high volume recruiting, with a focus on building relationships and understanding our company culture. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Please do not apply if you do not have high volume recruiting background.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Kronos to manage candidate information efficiently.
- Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to engage with students and recent graduates.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates within the organization.
- Provide training development resources for hiring managers to enhance their interviewing skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and employment labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in campus recruitment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Kronos or similar applicant tracking systems is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
