As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control process while maintaining strong relationship with clients. You'll be the cornerstone of our financial operations, collaborating with teams across Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
In this role you will oversee the credit management system and enforce credit policies to mitigate financial risks. Strong communication with clients will be essential, as will your participation in monthly and annual closings and contribution to process improvements and audits.
Your daily activities will be varied and impactful. You'll assess creditworthiness, set commercial credit limits, and prepare financial reports. Your primary duties will include managing outstanding receivables, ensuring collections are timely and bad debt losses are minimized. You'll monitor customer accounts, release orders, handle invoicing, address complaints, and process credit notes. The cross-departmental nature of your contribution will broaden your skillset and provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
You bring a unique blend of skills to the table. With 1-2 years of experience in credit control or a similar finance role, your analytical prowess, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills make you the perfect fit for this role. You're proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP software,preferablySAP,along with fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).Your strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach set you apart.
