About the Role:

Direct support of MRO Supervisor to lead in inventory cycle counting and to correctly maintain accuracy of inventory level analysis.

Daily input of parts inventory to maintain accuracy of the current stock on hand. Applicant must oversee parts being issued/signed out to make sure all processes are followed correctly to reduce discrepancies.

Oversees that parts and services are checked in correctly while supporting maintenance activities of the plant equipment by verifying items ordered come in at a timely manner. Applicant mush have good communication with vendors to check up on orders or items that may not have arrived as originally quoted.

Applicant must be safety minded and follow all Safety and Food Safety guidelines as set forth

Main Responsibilities:

Cooperates in inventory level analysis being correct to ensure proper part replenishment.

Cooperates in using spare codes in according with the company procedures

Cooperates in the process of reserving parts for maintenance projects or work orders to make sure all parts are provided that are requested to complete task.

Maintaining MRP planning and accuracy by managing issued out parts and finding new locations for materials added.

Participation in annual cycle counts as per Ferrero Policies.

Assists in auditing stock overhead on a continual basis in order to remain strategic and relevant to current Production and Maintenance requirements.

Assists in Elimination of obsolete or non-useful materials no longer needed by Production or Maintenance.

Assists in the introduction of new materials in support of Maintenance projects and changing Production requirements.

Participates with Controlling through Goods Receipt and Goods Issue towards analysis of consumption trends to help identify areas for cost improvements.

Supports Maintenance in the correctness of data uploaded into SAP

Who we are looking for:

High School Diploma/GED

4-7 years experience

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance

Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and SAP

Strong understanding of spare parts including stock rotation and parts replenishment.

Knowledge of principles involved in strategic planning, production methods, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

Knowledge of shipping and receiving parts through resources provided to make sure parts ordered are received in a timely manner.

Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Demonstrating the ability to communicate technical subjects verbally and written to co-workers and vendors.

Time Management - Managing one's own time effectively.

Employee Relations – Work effectively with others.

Material Resources - Coordinating the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work;
