We are looking for a Market Test Field Specialist.
Under the direction of the Market Test Director, you’ll implement and execute requested tests in point of sales with a primary focus on the NJ Market Shoprite Panel and extended to nationwide geo-test set up validation.
In addition to implementation and execution, you’ll be responsible for managing the 25 year testing relationship with Shoprite partners and store management, negotiate in-store placement with category buyers, deliver the product, manage the promo activity according to the plan defined and reporting.
As the Market Test Field Specialist, you’ll be responsible for year-round merchandising support of all Ferrero items to all Test Panel stores regardless of active market test to maintain relationships and facilitate test approval when needed. In addition, you’ll support in-store market set up of tests in non-New Jersey tests that are Agency support nationwide.
