About the Role :
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and support shift operations in executing the production plan. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role oversees staffing, performance optimization, compliance with safety and quality standards, and efficient coordination of production activities.
Schedule : 3rd Shift (10 PM - 7 AM) | Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend hours
Main Responsibilities :
- Supervise shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to optimize efficiency.
- Lead and support line teams across Preparation, Molding, Enrobing, and Packaging processes.
- Monitor inventory, ensure material availability, and coordinate with production teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues, drive performance improvements, and track KPIs.
- Enforce compliance with Ferrero’s Safety, Quality, and Sanitation policies.
