As a Sales Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the Ferrero US Sales Strategy in terms of the long-term growth plan enablers by trade channel, evolution of the Organizational structure, and Route to Market Operating model. You will also influence the communication process with our central Sales Development team in Luxembourg for managing key priorities and ensuring delivery of our financial objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting our broker network to help manage key priorities. Your role includes analytical accountability and presentation development supporting the Director of Sales Strategy and Integration as it relates to monthly reviews with the US Sales VP of Strategy & Operations, as well as the CCO.
The position will be Hybrid, based in our US headquarters in Parsippany, NJ and report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Integration.
- Support the development of our overall Sales Strategy including creation of the PS3 (3yr) Midterm Strategic plan enablers, evolution of the Channel strategies, Sales Organizational design/structure, and Broker RTM Operating model
- Maintain accountability for enabling our Sales communication with SBD (Central Sales Business Development Group) for strategic initiatives, Global customer planning, and Commercial Policy activities
- Collaborate with Senior Manager of Sales Strategy and Integration on all Channel strategic plans to align with overarching Sales PS3 Strategy / US Sales growth plan
- Facilitate the implementation of our Broker Strategy for RTM Operating and activity-based performance model
- Coordinate the Sales Communication strategy with all internal cross functional departments to ensure consistent flow of information, including managing organization master calendar
- Operate as Analytics lead for Sales priority projects including Broker RFP / MyPS / Dedicated Retail Performance model
- Enable the development of the Monthly North America business reviews for the Chief Customer Officer to support presentations with Sales Business Development, the North America Area CBO, and Group CEO
- Support the annual sales planning process between trade marketing and customer teams, including template building, distribution, and final rollup of numbers including analysis on forward looking trends
- Provide guidance to Channel VPs for ensuring KPI execution / measure performance compliance of Customer JBPs
- Bachelor's Degree required; 2-4 Years of CPG knowledge preferred
- Possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical/problem solving skills with ability to interpret data
- Multi-channel CPG experience (C-store, Mass, Grocery, Dollar, e-Comm, Foodservice & Value)
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic and pro-active with interpersonal skills and an ability to influence cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships.
