About the Role:
The USA Sr Packaging Material Procurement Manager will lead a team and will manage all Ferrero USA packaging material categories including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services (in accordance with defined guidelines) This individual will ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base aligning with the Ferrero central procurement strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
The base salary range for this position is $112,993- $150,658 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

- Ensure supply continuity of local packaging material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
- Follow all Ferrero ways of working in Ferrero system
- Implement central packaging material strategy in local USA
- Manage budget for packaging material categories
- Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization
- Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to set and achieve goals for USA procurement packaging team
- Quick Learning skills
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- 8-15 years procurement experience
- 3-5 years People management skills
- Experience working in matrix organization
- Knowledge of the Global Packaging Material market
- Ability to problem solve and set priorities
- Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
