Entry-Level Accountant (Bilingual in Spanish)

Location: Huntersville, NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor invoice processing, payment tracking, and customer billing.
• Help track and report on manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Reconcile inventory and production costs, ensuring accurate reporting on financial statements.
• Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data, especially in a manufacturing environment.
• Provide bilingual support for internal teams, customers, and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
