Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing company to locate their next Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Location: Fort Mill, SC
- Compensation: $90k - $105k plus bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

What will your day look like?
- Accounts Receivable Oversight: Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and payment application.
- Credit Management: Evaluate customer credit risk, set credit limits, and oversee credit approvals.
- Collections Leadership: Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue receivables while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Process Improvement: Streamline AR processes and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and provide insights into accounts receivable trends.
Who are you?
- Experienced AR Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Customer-Centric Communicator: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve disputes.
- Leadership Mindset: Proven ability to lead and develop a small AR team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
